Three studio rooms on the ground floor level also offer disabled access facilities (available as extra). Located on the ground level of Chantilly’s, these studios are convenient to our reception area, the central courtyard for free parking and the nearby pool and spa area.
Each room’s entryway has a smooth entrance with no step, allowing simple wheelchair accessibility. Doors are of industry standard widths for easy manoeuvrability. Bathrooms feature flat floors, shower seats and support rails.

Chantilly's Lake Taupo check-in time is 2:00pm, and check-out 10:00am. All our rooms are non- smoking. We provide a safe storage area for bicycles and other items. All major credit cards are accepted and we will require a credit card (if possible with photo ID) at check-in to guarantee payment

- Baby Cot including bedding available for $15 per day. High Chair $10 per day.
