Heated Swimming Pool, Outdoor Spa and Barbecue Area
For a relaxing break after a long day, feel free to indulge in a hot spa or refreshing swim in our heated pool.  Surrounded by an inviting cobblestone area and fenced for your family’s safety, the pool area offers a large barbecue and outdoor seating for al fresco dining.

Please note we are unable to keep our swimming pool warm during winter.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

Conference Facilities
Chantilly’s specialises in personalised conference services.  We provide a large, airy conference room, free use of modern excellent catering services and top-of-the-range equipment.

Free Parking
An attractive central courtyard, encircled by Chantilly’s units, allows you to park your car outside your room in a secure environment.  Extra parking is available just outside the property in a quiet, neighbourhood street.  All parking is free.

Guest Laundry
Chantilly’s offers an on site guest laundry for your convenience.

Meals and Room Service
Cooked and continental breakfasts are provided and delivered to your room if ordered the night before.  Full meals can also be provided, if ordered in advance.  Chantilly’s recommends our range of meals supplied by New Zealand company McMasters Farms Restaurant Cuisine, for fresh, delicious dining.  Room service is available from 7am to 10pm daily. A local morning newspaper will also be delivered to your room free of charge.

Families
Chantilly’s welcomes families to Lake Taupo and provides high chairs free of charge.  Please request at the time of your booking.  Child minding is also available, in the comfort of your hotel room.
